Disengage From the Screen to Engage in Wellness.

It’s no secret that employees face stressors and challenges in and out of the office. If you’re having difficulty engaging at work, you’re not alone: 70% of U.S. employees are disengaged.2 And it’s easy to see why- the corporate culture has us sitting and staring at screens all day.


At its base level, self-care is about creating gentle habits to encourage a healthy mind and body, one small tweak at a time. Here are a few quick ideas:

  1. DRINK MORE WATER- H2O lubricates joints, decreases fatigue, and rids your body of waste among many other benefits.
  2. PROTECT YOUR SKIN- Don’t forget the sunscreen and moisturizer to protect your largest organ from free radicals, sun damage, and harsh chemicals that can age it prematurely.
  3. STRETCH- Create a new morning ritual to keep your muscles flexible, maintain mobility, and protect your joints from injury.
